Warranty
TimberWolf Trading Co bags and accessories are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 2 years. If your TimberWolf product fails due to a defect in the materials or workmanship we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.
This warranty is non-transferrable and only applies to the original purchaser and/or original gift recipient.
The warranty does not cover:
Damages caused by normal wear and tear (i.e., zipper and velcro wear)
Damages resulting from improper use or care (i.e., outdoor storage in damp environment, airlines, washing machines, dyers etc.)
Cosmetic damages that do not affect the functionality of the product
If your item qualifies under our warranty please email us at info@mysleepypanda.com. Please provide a description of the issue, order # / proof of original purchase and photos. We will work diligently to address the claim and provide further instructions.Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to get the product into TimberWolf Trading Co's possession to begin the warranty process once a claim is authorized. TimberWolf Trading Co is not responsible for items not received or damaged during the return shipping process. We recommend using trackable shipping services like UPS or FedEx that also offer insurance.
