  • Do you Ship to Foreign Countries?

A:  No, currently we are only shipping within the US.

  • Do you offer a Gift Cards?

A: Not at this time.

  • How long does shipping take?

A: Orders placed before 1PM EST, typically ship same day (Mon-Fri).  Delivery times can vary depending on the service that you select and the destination.  Generally, our standard shipping can take 3-8 business days for delivery and USPS Priority mail is typically a 2-3 day service within the USA.  However, please be advised, as stated by USPS, these delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. 

After placing your order, you may click the "My Account Icon" link at the top right-hand side of our site to track your order’s status. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

  • Can I combine/stack discounts on your website?

A: Please be advised that our system will only accept one promo code per order and we are not able to combine discounts at this time.

  • I messed up on my order, can I change/add an item, color, shipping address or email address?

A: No problem at all, as long as your order has not already shipped out. Please email us directly at info@mysleepypanda.com as quickly as possible. Please provide your order number and any other pertinent info.

  • How can I cancel my order before it ships?

A: No problem at all, as long as your order has not already shipped out. Please email us directly at info@mysleepypanda.com as quickly as possible. Please provide your order number and any other permanent info. 

  • Are your products machine washable?

A: Generally we do not recommend washing our products in a washing machine or drying in a machine dryer as some machines can be harder on these types of products than others.  

  • How can I return or exchange my TimberWolf Trading Co product?

A: No problem at all – we are happy to offer a hassle free (link here) return policy. Please email us directly at info@mysleepypanda.com for return instructions. Please provide your order number and return shipping address.

  • I see that the item that I want is on backorder; how long will it take to arrive?

A: Please see each individual item page for details on an item’s availability. Backordered items will ship as soon as TimberWolf Trading Co receives sufficient inventory. Once your order is placed, TimberWolf Trading Co will contact you regarding the expected arrival date of your backordered item. We strive to keep accurate information on any product page with a backordered item(s).

  • When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged immediately upon clicking the 'Complete Order' button during the last step of the checkout process.
